10 Minutes of Sunshine a Day
There's something very powerful about the sun, the energy, the warmth on your face, the vitamin D it promotes in our body, the serotonin in triggers in our brain, the smell of fresh air, the sounds of nature. My favorite part is being outside of walls and breathing in fresh air. When your'e having a any kind of day really, whether it be good, bad, so/so kind of day, go outside even if it's for a few minutes. The healing power of the sun can work wonders for your mood, even if it's only a few moments at a time!
