IS VIRTUAL THERAPY RIGHT FOR ME?
Virtual Therapy is convienient as you can connect with a therapist really in any location that you are comfortable and have privacy to. If you are interested in virtual counseling services rather than in person, then virtual therapy is right for you. In addition, with virtual therapy, there is no traffic, no need to find parking or worry about commute time : )
If you have thoughts of suicide, self harm or other high risk symptoms, virtual therapy is not an appropriate level of care.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
I am currently only In Network with Optum and United Behavioral Health.
Currently I do not take any other insurances. I do take debit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. I will be happy to provide you a Superbill. Depending on the type of insurance plan you have, you may be reimbursed for services. Contact your insurance provider and ask about "Out of Network Benefits." You might be able to get reimbursed for out of network mental health services. If you need assistance or have any questions for me regarding this, feel free to reach out for support.
HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?
You will be contacted within 2 business days and book your consultation within 24 hours. I am currently taking new clients for appointments for Thursday or Fridays only.
