When our spirit is wounded by grief, our experiences, uncertainty, or low self-worth, our mind and body become vulnerable. We may become easily distracted, agitated, or overwhelmed, and it’s likely those around us have noticed that something is “off.” 

 

Symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health obstacles signal that something is out of balance in our lives.
