Therapy will provide you a neutral place to explore your thoughts and feelings, release them from your mind and your body, learn how to prevent them from working against you and help you improve your mood so that your mind and your body are more aligned and are balanced.
Our body stores our mental health. Learning the connection between mind and body will help you understand how the two are interconnected. Exploring nutrition, supplements, body movement and releasing stored emotions will help improve your overall feeling of wellness and emotional health.
Spirituality is working with the connection to whatever your higher power may be. I work with crystals, manifestation, meditation, energy, oracle cards and astrology to assist with treatment in whatever context you are open to and are comfortable with.
From time to time I utilize nature as part of my approach to treatment. Natural herbs, essential oils, sunlight, dirt, rain, the sound of the wind, the feel of grass on your feet can be so powerful with connecting back to your body and easing the mind.
